It's a new place in town so still working a few bugs out but it's absolutely great. Food is spot on with what you'd expect from a Jack's. Service is friendly. The food is always hot and this location has ice cream in addition to their famous shakes. We will absolutely continue going to Jack's. Please keep it up with the friendly service and consistently good food.
One of the best places to eat in Jackson Al. Great atmosphere and interior decorations. Feels xomfy and cozy and I like the rocking chairs on the porch. Best Jacks I've ever been to and the cleanest. You have to try it. Very well done!!! Yall did it again!!! Today the line was long and they were short staffed , but these women impressed me by handling the stress very well and completing orders in a timely manner, and still had time for refills. Still the best Jack's I have eaten at at the customer service was phenomenal. Yall did great and keep it up!!!!
I hate that I did not get the lady's name at the window tonight sun 12/10 at 8:07pm order #72 Tall lady with black and red braided hair! This is someone who exemplifies customer service! They were mopping the dinning room and had the doors locked, as a truck driver can't really do drive thru but she took my order at the window and helped with the menu. Food was perfect too!!, CRUNCHY BACON!!!

I ate outside at one of the picnic tables because I had my emotional support dog with me n there was a farely good crowd there that morning. So. . .Mom n I ate outside n enjoyed the morning.

I love to go to Jack's for their chocolate milkshake. Even though I like the bacon cheeseburgers, at times I just want the chocolate shake. Unfortunately, they sometimes are "out of chocolate shakes" which is disappointing, but they don't tell you that when you order, they wait until you drive around to the window.
We stopped in Wednesday night after church. The staff was super friendly: Jeanell, Anna, Jyshawn, Damian, and Diamond. Food was fresh and hot and the store was really clean. We appreciate that the staff went well and beyond to make it a great experience.
